Travelling by Car

If you have a Sat Nav, please use NE3 5HP. As you get close to the racecourse from the A1, A19 or main roads north of Newcastle, please follow the brown and white signs showing a horse and rider.

Travelling by Bus

The number 43 and 44 buses leave from Haymarket Bus Station in Newcastle City Centre every few minutes and arrive at a stop just outside the racecourse road entrance.

Travelling by Train

Newcastle Central Station is the closest main line train station. To take a taxi, it's about 15 minutes to the racecourse, which should cost about £10. To walk from the train station to Haymarket Bus Station takes about 12 minutes. There are Metro stations in Newcastle, but the nearest to the racecourse are Regent Centre and Four Lane Ends which are both about 2 miles away.
